Welcome to Letsqube!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Letsqube website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), which are owned and operated by Letsqube LLC ("Letsqube," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Letsqube.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Letsqube.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Keep your account information up to date.

  • Keep your password secure.

  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Using Letsqube

Letsqube is designed to help close friends and family:

  • Plan gatherings

  • Organize shared tasks

  • Invite friends and family

  • Share photos and videos

  • Create shared galleries and memory capsules

  • Preserve meaningful memories together

You agree to use Letsqube in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.

  • Upload unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or offensive content.

  • Impersonate another person or organization.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Letsqube or its systems.

  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful software.

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

  • Use Letsqube to send spam or unauthorized commercial communications.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to Letsqube, including:

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Event information

  • Chat messages

  • Comments

  • Task lists

  • Shared memories

  • Other user-generated content

By submitting content, you grant Letsqube LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and transmit your content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Services.

This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where we are legally required to retain copies or where temporary backup copies remain as part of routine system operations.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share any content through Letsqube.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using Letsqube, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Letsqube Services, including the software, design, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and other content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by Letsqube LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the Services without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Letsqube uses trusted third-party providers to operate certain features of the Services. These providers may include:

  • Google Firebase Authentication

  • Google Cloud Firestore

  • Firebase Storage

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

  • Google Analytics for Firebase (if enabled)

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Twilio

These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services on our behalf.

Letsqube is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

8. Service Availability

Letsqube is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Services will:

  • Always be available

  • Be uninterrupted

  • Be error-free

  • Meet every user's expectations

  • Be free from bugs or technical issues

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Letsqube LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid to Letsqube during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or

  • One hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, portions of this section may not apply.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Letsqube LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your violation of another person's rights; or

  • Content you upload or share through Letsqube.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Letsqube at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms;

  • Use the Services unlawfully or fraudulently;

  • Misuse the Services;

  • Create a security risk for Letsqube or its users.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Services.

Your continued use of Letsqube after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Letsqube LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements relating to the Services.
